Evaluation

The moment the users show if a solution is good or bad...

Description

During the evaluation the current status of a product, software or service gets shown to the users and they give feedback based on how they experience it.

The evaluation phase of the UX workflow is the phase where the current status of a solution, either a prototype or a visual design or an implemented solution gets shown to the users so they can give feedback based on what they experienced. This feedback will then be used to either make further adjustment in the current phase or move on to the next phase if the feedback was really good already.

Evaluation as the project start

The evaluation phase can be used as the project start instead of an analysis. If a newer version of a product, software or service has to be created, the previously launched version can be used as the foundation for an evaluation. The evaluation results can then be a starting point for a detailed analysis.
