Description

Key performance indicators are data that are collected with user tests and often over a longer period of time.

The goal of these indicators is to see whether the users' needs were fulfilled by the UX Designers by using the UX workflow during the design and implementation process. The metrics can be anything that can be measured with numbers. It can be a time based value, a specific score for a standardises questionnaire or an error rate as long as it can be measured with numbers.
